Hello! I’m an experienced and passionate English tutor with 7 years of teaching experience, dedicated to helping learners develop strong communication skills and greater confidence in English. I believe that learning English should be practical, engaging, and tailored to each learner’s individual needs. My teaching approach focuses on creating a comfortable and interactive environment where students can learn, practice, and express themselves confidently.
I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature, B.Ed., TEFL & TESOL certification (Canada), Business English Teacher Training certification, and a PGDM in Educational Administration and Management. With my academic background and extensive teaching experience, I work with students, beginners, and working professionals to improve their spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, communication skills, interview skills, and overall fluency. My goal is to make every learner a confident and effective English communicator.
Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every learner has the potential to communicate confidently and effectively when given the right guidance, encouragement, and learning environment. I believe teaching should go beyond textbooks and memorisation—it should focus on practical learning, meaningful communication, and building confidence. As an English tutor, I strive to make my classes interactive, learner-centred, and relevant to real-life situations so that students can apply what they learn in their everyday conversations, academics, and professional lives.
I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods according to individual needs, learning styles, and goals.
